Andrew Jiear
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Andrew brings two decades of operational and capability experience in the Australian Defence Force and broader national security community.
He has advised on strategic programs, supported Defence innovation and acquisition initiatives, and worked extensively with both government and industry partners across the Five Eyes community.
As CEO, Andrew leads the strategic direction of Axia Dynamis, focusing on delivering outcomes that are aligned, agile, and operationally sound.
Ian Jiear
Director of Sales
Ian has extensive experience leading teams, managing complex stakeholder networks, and delivering effective business development strategies across commercial and government sectors.
He is responsible for overseeing all sales operations at Axia Dynamis, helping clients enter new markets, build partnerships, and generate momentum through tailored, results-driven engagement.
Ian's focus is on aligning opportunity with capability - ensuring the right solutions reach the right customers at the right time.
Lee Galbraith
Director of Business Development
Lee is a seasoned Defence and industry professional with a strong background in commercial capability delivery and stakeholder engagement.
With experience spanning the UK and Australian Defence Forces and global defence industry, Lee leads our business development operations - identifying and pursuing high-impact opportunities for our partners.
His ability to build strategic relationships and understand operational requirements ensures Axia Dynamis remains agile and opportunity-ready across Australia and beyond.
