The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) defines types of information, including Personal Information and Sensitive Information.

Axia Dynamis may require reasonable proof of identity before processing such requests.

Axia Dynamis takes the protection of Personal Information seriously and maintains processes for identifying, assessing and responding to actual or suspected data breaches.
Where a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to an affected individual, Axia Dynamis will assess its obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) Scheme. Where required by law, Axia Dynamis will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

If you have a complaint concerning the manner in which we maintain the privacy of your Personal Information, please contact us as on the contact details set out at the bottom of this policy. All complaints will be considered by Axia Dynamis and we may seek further information from you to clarify your concerns. If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
7. Overseas transfer
Axia Dynamis may utilise trusted third-party service providers, including cloud hosting, collaboration, communications, security and analytics providers.
As a result, Personal Information may be processed, stored or accessed in jurisdictions outside Australia. Where this occurs, Axia Dynamis will take reasonable steps to ensure such providers maintain appropriate privacy, confidentiality and security safeguards consistent with applicable legal requirements.
By providing Personal Information to Axia Dynamis, you acknowledge that overseas processing may occur as part of normal business operations.
